Major Menus is an innovative e-commerce website that seamlessly links hungry office workers to their favorite local restaurants. We make ordering lunch for free delivery to the office as simple as Point - Click - Eat! Major Menus is not a third-party delivery service. We take a different approach by harnessing the power of large groups(offices, schools, hospitals, etc.) to facilitate an organized daily lunch delivery which is completely FREE to the employer.

Absolutely! We have taken every precaution to make sure all our online transactions are as secure as possible. Our website is built on a system which utilizes the highest industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access. We also partner with one of the largest credit card processing systems to encrypt and protect your sensitive credit card data.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email receipt at the email used as your Major Menus username. This indicates that the restaurant has received your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If you don’t see it there, please visit the Major Menus website and log into your Major Menus account. This will display your entire order history with your most recent order at the top of the list. If you still need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team at Customerservice@majormenus.com and we will be happy to help.

If there is a problem with your order, please respond to your confirmation email receipt associated with that order and give us the details of the problem. Our customer service team will take care of you ASAP. If you didn’t receive the receipt email, just reach out to us at customerservice@majormenus.com and provide us the order number and details of your issue so we can get you taken care of ASAP.

Well, this can get tricky. It will depend on the time you contact us requesting the cancelation. Should you need to cancel an order please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. If the food has NOT already been made or out for delivery, we will do our best to facilitate your cancelation and credit your credit card.
