Good Morning, to all those effected by the website issues Thursday February 19th we want to apologize. We are still waiting on a report from Amazon AWS on the root cause of the issue. It appears that Amazon had other customers that were also effected.
For anyone that placed multiple orders erroneously due to the website issues rest assured we have already gone through all of Thursday's orders one by one and have "Voided" all of the duplicate orders. This means that the pending charge for those voided orders will simply disappear from you bank ledger and no funds will leave your account(you will not see a deposit going back in).
In the future should you ever question if you already have an order in the system you can check by simply logging into your Major Menus account and viewing your order history. The most recent order will be at top of that list.
